"The Movie"

Dear Girlfriend in Jakarta,

Hello! How are you? I'm missing you so bad but as usual I'm containing it within myself. I've been writing a short story lately. I'll let you read it when it's finished.
I ran out of load last night that's why I wasn't able to reply. I tried texting your Chikka number using my mom's phone but I think you don't receive it. I'll try to be always loaded so that we could text each other. (P2.50 per text to Chikka).
Anyway, it's nice that you found some friends immediately and it seems you guys would have a lot of fun with all those; pool drinking, bar going, working together, mall-ing sessions. I'm in the process of readying to let you go if ever you and your guys would really "get into 'it'". Hope you guys would have unending fun.
Finally, I'm easing into a healthier lifestyle, no booze nor smokes. I wake up early in the morning for a jog and do some body-weight exercises in the evening after dinner. I Wish I would achieve what I want.
That's it for today, babe. I love you!

Missing you so much,

Your boyfriend in the Philippines

Songs.

I blame society for the bad local movies, series, and songs... I especially hate the songs. Everyday, every time, the radio stations has the same music, Justin Bieber, Paramore, Miley Cyrus, the RnB genre. God! I'm so sick of today's mainstream music. I don't understand why people want to listen to Justin Bieber or Kanye West songs but when you ask them about Muse (or any European band for that matter) they'd ask you: "Who?".
I wish I have an iPod or any music player to keep me from hearing today's music fad.

"The" Work Out

I am doing a new pattern of workout which I learned indirectly from Jason Statham, (Men's Health, USA, October 2007 issue). He describes the workout as very hard, cruel and almost deadly. He's quite right. This workout should not be done by beginners or people who have severe heart condition.
My first time doing "the" workout, after the 2nd round, I felt so bad; heart rapidly beating, breaths are shallow and fast, sweat gushing out, hands trembling, knees shaking. I sat in a corner asking myself: "Could I still continue this murder?". No wonder Statham owns a ripped body. 30 minutes later, I was still sitting in that corner, still reeling from the pain of the intensity of the workout.
Another 30 minutes have passed when I stood up and called it a day. I should be kicking ass the next time I do this workout...

Starting up...

It's my second time to create and start up a blog... I don't know if I'll succeed this time. This blog will mostly be talking about fitness, wines, rock bands/music, movies, atheism and as my girlfriend stated; "finer things in life...".
So, wish me luck...
